The CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) is an internationally recognised qualification awarded by Cambridge Assessment English (University of Cambridge).
This CELTA course is delivered through our official partner, a Cambridge-authorised Teaching Qualification Centre. It is available in full-time and part-time formats and includes all learning materials and full academic guidance from accredited trainers.
Upon successful completion of the course with our partner centre, you will receive an official CELTA certificate issued by Cambridge Assessment English.

Teaching with the Communicative Approach
Completing the CELTA course will deepen your overall understanding of English language teaching methodology and help you develop the practical skills needed to teach using the communicative approach.
It will also support your professional growth in other areas of English teaching, including:
- General English
- Business English
- English for Young Learners
- Exam Preparation
- English for Academic Purposes
- English for Individual Lessons
- In addition to the course fee, you will need to pay the CELTA assessment fee (£139), which is set by Cambridge English. This fee is mandatory and can be paid during the course.
- The printed certificate is delivered by DHL; delivery charges vary depending on the region.
- 4 TEFL is not an authorised Cambridge CELTA centre. We collaborate with an officially approved Cambridge Teaching Qualification Centre to deliver the CELTA programme.
